The authoritative public record of DSI 001 results: which deployments hold a current classification, issued by which assessor, and whether the result is still in force.
What a register entry shows
Each entry records the existence and currency of a result. It does not publish the underlying assessment, the dimensional detail or the evidence, which remain with the assessed organisation and the assessor. One display decision is settled conservatively for version 1.0: a public entry shows the certification tier and status, not the raw Governance Benchmark Index value.
- Entry reference: the unique identifier for the result, used to confirm it against this register.
- Organisation and deployment: the assessed organisation and the specific system and scope assessed. A result attaches to the deployment, not to the organisation as a whole.
- Certification tier: Assessed, Compliant or Certified. The published classification, not the raw score.
- Status: Current, Surveillance due, Suspended, Withdrawn or Expired. Read the status with the window, not the tier alone.
- Assessor: the assessor that issued the result, authorised by Decision Standards Institute under the DSI 001 scheme.
- Date of issue and valid until: when the result was issued and the end of its validity window.
- Interim surveillance: Certified only, the date of the mandatory 12-month interim surveillance.

Status definitions
- Current: within validity, with no notifiable change outstanding.
- Surveillance due: a Certified entry at or approaching its mandatory 12-month interim surveillance.
- Suspended: validity paused pending resolution of an issue.
- Withdrawn: certification withdrawn and no longer valid.
- Expired: the validity period ended without renewal.
Withdrawn and expired entries remain visible with their status marked, rather than being deleted, so a reliance party can confirm what a result's status is now.
How to verify a result
To confirm a result you have been shown, check its entry reference against this register, or confirm it directly with the assessor that issued it. A figure that is self-scored, indicative, or not tied to an assessor authorised under the DSI 001 scheme and an entry reference is not a DSI 001 result, however it is presented. If you cannot confirm a result here, contact the Institute at enquiries@decision-standards-institute.org before relying on it.
A DSI 001 result expresses an assessment, at a point in time, of how a specific deployment is governed, on the evidence assessed. It is not a determination of legal or regulatory compliance, not a measure of creditworthiness or insurability, not a financial product, credit rating or investment read, and not a guarantee of the system's safety or performance. It is valid only within the windows stated on the report.
